유00씨는 작년 5월 15일 통영 한 거리에서 50대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 전00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 860만 원에 이르는 빚을 발생시키자 유00씨와 같이 자금을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.
