<p>이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 무난한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 늘어나고 있다면 구글이 최대로 최선으로 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.</p>
